Job description:
Role Overview
We are hiring a senior sales professional to own enterprise sales for our digital services business.
This role is for someone who has closed large deals, understands long sales cycles, and can manage both leads and people.
You will be responsible for:
Closing enterprise-level deals
Managing and improving our existing lead generation engine
Mentoring a small lead generation team
Building predictable revenue from US & European markets
This is not a pure hunting role and not an entry-level sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Own and close enterprise-level digital services deals in US, Europe & ANZ
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
Convert outbound leads from cold email and LinkedIn into qualified opportunities
Manage and mentor the lead generation team
Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales velocity
Lead enterprise calls, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Work with founders and delivery teams to position offerings and pricing
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience selling B2B digital / IT / software / services
Direct experience selling to US and European customers
Proven track record of closing high-value or enterprise deals
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience managing or mentoring junior sales or lead gen team members
Strong understanding of:
Outbound sales
Cold email and LinkedIn-based lead generation
Enterprise buying behavior
Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)
Experience selling:
Data services / BPO / AI / ML / DevOps / Engineering services
Experience working with:
Startups or fast-growing services companies
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience selling through marketplaces (AWS, GCP, etc.)
