Deine Mission:

  • Identifikation, Qualifizierung und Gewinnung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in den zugewiesenen Marktsegmenten zur Stärkung der Sales Pipeline und Erreichung von Umsatzwachstum
  • Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Angebote, Verhandlung von Konditionen und erfolgreicher Abschluss von Verträgen unter Berücksichtigung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und Profitabilitätszielen
  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Reviews zur Identifikation zusätzlicher Geschäftspotenziale und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (z. B. Finance, Logistik, Marketing), um einen reibungslosen Onboarding-Prozess und die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien sicherzustellen
  • Steuerung und Nachverfolgung aller Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM-System, um eine kontinuierlich gefüllte und aktiv gemanagte Sales Pipeline zu gewährleisten
  • Erreichung relevanter KPIs, insbesondere Umsatzziele, Neukundengewinnung und Kundenzufriedenheit (NPS)
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen zur Unterstützung der strategischen Vertriebsplanung
  • Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen für Inside-Sales-Prozesse und die Customer Experience zur Sicherstellung langfristigen Erfolgs

Dein Background und Skillset:

  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb/ als Account Manager mit Fokus auf Wachstum (Hunting)
  • Erfahrung im Senior Stakeholder-Management
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung kommerzieller Strategien und Business Cases
  • Fundierter Hintergrund im Solution Selling. Erfahrung mit FMCG, Retail oder Supply Chain ist von Vorteil
  • Hervorragendes Verhandlungsgeschick im Rahmen des beratungsorientierten Vertriebs/ Verständnis der Buyer Journey
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und Ergebnis– sowie Wettbewerbsorientierung
  • Du hast Durchhaltevermögen und überzeugst dein Gegenüber durch ein hohes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit
