UPM Adhesive Materials is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Central who will be responsible for driving field execution and leading a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs).

What you will do
Drive consistent execution of commercial priorities across the region to support business objectives and profitable growth
Translate business strategy into clear goals, priorities, and actions for Territory Sales Managers
Spend time in the field with the sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and development support through regular customer visits and ride-alongs
Strengthen pipeline management practices and help the team improve sales execution throughout the customer journey
Coach and support high-value sales opportunities to increase win rates and overall sales effectiveness
Promote pricing discipline and commercial excellence while balancing customer value and business performance
Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability, development, and high performance
Lead performance, pipeline, and territory reviews to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support continuous improvement
Who you are
You bring 5-10 years of business experience, including customer-facing roles and successful leadership of sales teams in a multinational environment
You have proven experience leading B2B sales organizations, with a strong track record of improving sales performance, execution, and business results
You are an effective coach who develops talent, supports growth, and helps teams achieve their full potential
You combine strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, negotiation, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth
You take a hands-on, field-oriented approach to leadership while maintaining a strategic perspective on business priorities and market developments
You build accountability, foster high performance, and create an environment where teams can succeed together
You have excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
You bring strong project management, analytical, and data analysis capabilities, using insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
You adapt well to changing business environments and are comfortable leading through transformation and growth
You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and you are proficient in English

Additional information about the position
This position is fully remote (home-office based).
Travel requirements - up to 50%. Candidates must be located within a one-hour drive of a major airport to support frequent business travel.
The position holder will report to North American Sales Director.
