A Day in the LifeAs a responsible leader in MedTech industry, we are sharpening our focus on differentiated technologies, especially Robotics and Capital Equipment to bring in more value to our patients and become the preferred choice to healthcare fraternity.
This role is for someone who is passionate about leading a team dedicated to delivering technology to the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Leading a team responsible to promote and build the Neurosciences Advanced Capital and corresponding Robotics portfolio, for Medtronic, within an assigned geography

  • Responsible for revenue generation to contribute towards meeting the AOP target, for the Robotics portfolio

  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, physicians, and Radiology and Surgical personnel.

  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Medical/Scientific Equipment products and/or services.

  • Engages with team to conduct and/or evaluate market research including customers and competitors’ activities.

  • Develop and/or implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

  • Assesses customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products and communicates to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

  • Responsible for training and professional development of a team.

  • Utilize SFDC as the only source of data detailing and monitoring

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 10+ years of relevant sales experience is required

  • Requires broad sales, business development and management knowledge to lead teams

  • Experience in healthcare Robotics/Imaging will be highly preferred. Candidates with other high-tech complex medical device experience will be considered
