About the Role

Reporting to the VP & General Manager of Canada, we are seeking a Senior Sales Leader who is a passionate individual and can transform the business by designing, implementing and bringing a new strategy by leveraging new verticals and have deep understanding of B2B sales to promote our products and services. This role will also work closely with all stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach is taken in meeting business objectives. The successful candidate will lead the sales organization and execute strategies and methods designed to achieve revenue acceleration and profitable growth for the company. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales strategies to expand the market share
  • Work with marketing to develop strategies that support portfolio growth, income generation and cross functional project support
  • Developing and motivating the sales team to deliver on sales targets
  • Build a foundation for excellence in customer adoption through the use of cost-effective processes, metrics, and best practices. 
  • Participate as part of the management team in the strategic growth of the business
  • Ownership of the Business Partner process, including managing the existing relationships, on-boarding new partners, due diligence and contractual agreements. Coordination with various departments to meet all compliance regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
  • 25% travel maybe required across Canada. 

What you need to be successful

  • Extensive experience of building a sales organization with a proven track record of driving growth
  • Provide collaborative plans and advisement as well as daily leadership and mentoring with team members.
  • B2B commercial experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
