Position summary:
We are seeking a seasoned, client-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive AB ETF business growth and foster strong relationships with key clients. This role demands exceptional sales acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. The person will focus on ETF initially and ultimately be a seasoned representative for all AB’s services.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the client portfolio.
- Ensure follow-through and continue communication between AllianceBernstein and the investment community.
- Promote AB's ETF products with distributors in a professional manner.
- Provide post-sales support using fund updates, manager commentaries, charts, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
- Occasional travel to territory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven years of experience in ETF sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Must be a team player and possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and client needs.
- Ability to handle a wide range of questions and small projects.
- Must be professional, courteous, and flexible always.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
