Key responsibilities:

  • Delivery as per Area budget:

    • Manage the potential sale of products and/or services to a customer in order to generate revenue. 

    • Accountable for sales strategy, processes and achieving sales revenue targets across Chem/CCL channel. 

    • Probes and identifies customer needs and provides tailor made solutions.

    • Increase the SoW of existing customers and provide them integrated solutions. 

    • Understand the Market local dynamics and translate that into business needs.

    • Elaborate, Articulate, and follow up a short-long term needs that respond to business objectives.

    • Research and analyses competitive and industry trends and share with internal teams.

    • Entertain conversations with senior stakeholders and decision makers with larger impact and responsibility within our customers.

  • Customer satisfaction:

    • Maintain constant communication to our customers regarding changes in contracting, conditions and rates.

    • Drive internal communication to improve customer experience for your portfolio, in order to increase your SoW.

    • Actively monitor local NPS with the segment and drive local improvement to improve customer satisfaction

  • Manage stakeholders across the area, region, and global functions:

    • Project Management capability, ability to influence others. 

    • Actively provide feedback to internal teams, based on customer feedback and insights. 

We are looking for

In this role you ought to be passionate about Building agile solutions for our customers, as well as an active hunter on bringing new opportunities to the organization. For you, providing a great customer experience is non-negotiable, through every step of our product and solutions life cycles. You are highly independent and eloquent, convincing, easy going and senior relationship builder, enjoy working at a fast pace with multiple stakeholders, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • Have experience on Sales for Supply Chain/Logistics. 

  • Track record of success around closing Landside, Cross border, Air or complex supply chain solutions.

  • Eloquent and excellent communication skills.

  • Fluency in English
