Summary:
In this role, you will manage and oversee the Non-Acute Account Management growth of current customers with a high emphasis on recruitment of new customers within a defined territory (WA, OR, ID, HI, MT, WY or NV). You will work closely with contracted supply partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders to lower customer’s supply cost, improve their operational efficiency, and increase their overall satisfaction with program.
Responsibilities:

Recruit new customers within the non-acute market

Retain & grow existing accounts by maintaining a high level of account management with strategy for growth.

Develop and implement non-acute sales initiatives within defined territory and achieve individual and team sales and revenue goals.

Promote and assist participants with the onboarding and ongoing account management of Provista’s non-acute programs.

Develop and manage relationships directly with customers along with non-acute suppliers, distributors within defined territory.

Conduct periodic business reviews for the customer and attend strategic planning meetings with key suppliers.

Collaborate with supply partners to conduct joint sales calls to target new members and identify potential cost saving opportunities.

Assess customer needs for products and services, conduct market assessments and market research.

Maintain all sales activity within Salesforce.com.

Develop a diverse non acute pipeline 10x growth goals.

Manage time effectively between account management and new business recruitment.
Qualifications:
-
Relevant degree preferred.
-
5 or more years of relevant experience in a sales and/or account management role required.

A hunter mentality with strong consultative selling, analytical and customer service skills required.

Knowledge of healthcare, GPO/supply chain, and non-acute market.
-
Individual must reside in WA, OR, ID, MT, WY or NV.

Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.
