Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned oncology products (Breast Cancer or Colorectal Cancer) to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Provide product knowledge, clinical data, and support to healthcare providers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing, medical teams, and other cross-functional partners to execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; oncology product sales experience is highly preferred.
• Well knowledge of cancer treatment products and the oncology market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently, and willing to collaborate with team members.
