🌏 What you'll actually do:
- Hunt and close new logo enterprise deals across ASEAN
- Lead complex, value-based sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract
- Build and grow a pipeline that you own end-to-end
- Partner with system integrators and position Stibo as the #1 Multi-domain MDM solution in the region
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with proposals that genuinely win
👤 You bring:
✅ A proven track record in B2B enterprise software sales (MDM or Information Management a big plus)
✅ Experience engaging and influencing at C-level
✅ Consultative, solution-selling instincts — you solve problems, not pitch products ✅ Confidence navigating complex sales environments and partner ecosystems
✅ Strong communication skills that command the room (and the Zoom)
✅ A degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent real-world hustle
