Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell credit card products to new customers.

• Participate in roadshows, events.

• Ensure all applications are accurately completed and compliant with regulatory guidelines.

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on bank promotions and policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree

• Fresh graduates or individuals with sales/customer service experience are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
