The Senior Sales Executive will be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare processes. You will be selling AI-powered solutions for streamlining and enhancing prior authorization procedures to healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role focused on selling net, new logo business as well as driving market share within existing accounts for health plans/payers.

The Senior Sales Executive will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, close individual healthcare accounts involving multiple executive level stakeholders and manage a complex sales cycle including forecasting and sales activity. The Senior Sales Executive will present solutions using appropriate sales approaches and techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations/efforts. The Senior Sales Executive collaborates with senior management and corporate counsel to negotiate contracts and coordinates all follow-up to insure a delivered, signed contract. Travel will be required for this role.

To be qualified for this position you:

  • Previous sales experience in sales, particularly selling solutions in the payer/health plan space.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, to include utilization management and prior authorization knowledge is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
  • Comfortable learning and discussing AI technologies and their application in healthcare
  • Accustomed to quota driven roles with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and evolving customer needs.

You will set yourself apart with:

  • Experience selling AI Solutions in the payer/health plan space
  • Strong understanding of Prior Authorizations and Utilization Management
  • Proven track record in hunting net new logo business and driving market share within existing health plan/payer portfolio

You will be:

  • Conducting comprehensive research to understand the current challenges and pain points within the prior authorization and utilization management process in healthcare.
  • Developing effective sales strategies to penetrate the healthcare market and generate leads for AI-powered prior authorization solutions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and physician practices.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the AI-powered prior authorization solution, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Utilizing a consultative selling approach to understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of the AI-powered prior authorization solution and its potential impact on the client's operations.
  • Negotiating terms and pricing agreements with clients, overcoming objections and concerns to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients after the sale, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
  • Gathering feedback from clients and market trends to inform product development and marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance in the market.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time or as needed.
