What You Will Work On
- Serve as a senior technical resource on complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Design solution approaches aligned to customer needs and Clear Capital capabilities.
- Ensure technical commitments made during the sales process are scalable, supportable, and operationally sound.
- Develop and deliver standardized and customized product demonstrations based on customer use cases, workflows, and business needs.
- Communicate business outcomes and operational value through demonstrations, not just product features.
- Support solution packaging across valuation products, AVMs, analytics, APIs, workflow tools, and data services.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer requirements into implementation plans.
- Ensure technical scoping and deployment readiness prior to go-live.
- Support smooth transitions from Sales to onboarding, implementation, and post-sale support teams.
- Act as a feedback conduit between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify adoption risks tied to technical solution design.
- Provide customer and market feedback to support product roadmap discussions
- Maintain expertise in mortgage and real estate workflows, valuation products, appraisal modernization, and collateral risk management.
- Stay current on APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, data security, and enterprise implementation patterns.
- Understand how property data, analytics, valuation products, and workflow technologies support lending and servicing operations.
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong background in technical sales, solution engineering, implementations, or customer-facing technical consulting.
- Experience within mortgage technology, real estate technology, financial services, SaaS, or data-driven organizations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Strong organizational, operational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build structure, process, and scalability in growing organizations.
- Familiarity with valuation workflows, appraisal modernization initiatives, UAD, or collateral risk
management. - Experience with Automated Valuation Models
- Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow platforms.
- Background supporting SaaS, analytics, or data platform sales environments.
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $105,300- $137,200 annually,
depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include
