We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer who’s as comfortable crafting technical solutions as they are presenting a compelling business case. At Ingram Micro, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our partner ecosystem to design, sell, and scale transformative technology solutions. What You’ll Do:Lead with Vision: Develop and co-create cutting-edge industry and vertical partner solutions by combining business insight with deep technical expertise.
Be the Trusted Advisor: Serve as the go-to technical consultant for strategic partners, influencing key stakeholders and helping define go-to-market strategies.
Design to Win: Validate solution architectures, POCs, scopes of work (SOWs), and implementation plans to ensure partner success and accelerated time-to-value.
Activate Growth: Champion partner enablement by driving technical adoption, practice development, and revenue growth.
Educate & Evangelize: Represent the company at webinars, industry summits, and product launches—demonstrating our thought leadership in action.
Support Full Lifecycle: Provide technical input across the sales cycle—advising on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, professional services engagement, and deployment strategies.
8+ years of functional experience, with at least 5 years in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or partner technical enablement
A track record of building trusted relationships with technical and business decision-makers
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, IT architecture, and partner/channel ecosystems
Strategic thinking blended with tactical execution—able to develop go-to-market plans and see them through
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex technologies into business outcomes

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,200.00 - $160,100.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
