The Job

The Senior Sales Engineer will serve as a technical expert, bridging the gap between our product offerings and specific needs of our clients.

  • Translate technical features into business benefits for customers

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly

  • Address technical questions and concerns raised by potential clients

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations

  • Gain deep understanding of Simpro product and technical intricacies

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings

  • Identity customer pain points and propose solutions that align with our offering

  • Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the product development team to influence product enhancements.
