As a part of this effort, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer with a strong customer-focused mindset to be based in our Kuwait office and report directly to the Head of Sales for Kuwait.
In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers. The Senior Sales Engineer's role is to manage opportunities with current and new customers and close deals that meet customer needs while maximizing KONE’s order book and profitability.

Are you the one?
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum 5 years of Modernization Sales experience within the Elevator industry is preferred
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
Kuwait experience is mandatory
Kuwait experience is a must, and holding a valid license from the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is required
Grade-1 KFF (Kuwait Fire Force) membership holder.
