Summary:We are currently seeking a Senior Enablement Systems Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team in the United States.
What your team doesThe Revenue Enablement team at Clio equips our sales and customer success organizations with the knowledge, skills, tools, and processes they need to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client experiences. We manage the enablement tech stack, run a center of excellence operating model, and partner closely with Revenue, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to keep our people and platforms aligned to Clio's goals. Who you areYou are a systems-minded enablement professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, AI, and learning. You have hands-on experience administering enablement platforms, and you understand how a well-configured system amplifies team performance. You are comfortable owning an AI-enabled platform end to end, you bring structure and governance to complex tool ecosystems, and you take real ownership of the systems that keep our teams running. You notice when something is broken before anyone else does, and you fix it.
What you’ll work on- Own administration of the enablement tech stack, with LetterAI as the system of record for certification and AI-assisted content, alongside Seismic, Seismic Learning, Gong, and Consensus
- Configure and maintain LetterAI, including certification baselines, AI role-play scenario frameworks, scoring rubrics, and the integrations that connect it to the rest of the stack
- Own the content governance model across platforms, including tagging taxonomy, naming conventions, folder structure, and content hygiene
- Manage user groups, permissions, and access levels so teams have the right access in an efficient and scalable way
- Build recurring reports and dashboards tracking certification completion, content adoption, Gong usage, and AI role-play engagement
- Identify and remediate gaps such as unused content, overdue certifications, missing tags, and stale playbooks, and recommend fixes
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the enablement tech stack and on the intake and operating-system tooling
- Partner with the Operations and Programs functions to keep tools structured and aligned to launch and OKR work
- Create and deliver end-user training on the tech stack, with a focus on onboarding the team to LetterAI workflows
- Use generative AI to streamline systems administration, reporting, and content quality assurance

- 4+ years of experience in enablement systems, revenue operations, or learning technology administration
- Hands-on experience administering platforms such as LetterAI, Seismic, Seismic Learning, Gong, or Consensus
- Experience with AI-enabled enablement tools and configuring certification or role-play workflows
- Experience managing content governance frameworks, including tagging taxonomy, naming conventions, and information architecture
- Strong analytical skills with experience building recurring reports and dashboards on engagement, adoption, and performance metrics
- Experience developing governance frameworks or standard operating procedures for technology tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company
- LetterAI, Seismic, Gong, or other relevant platform certifications
- Experience standing up or migrating to a new enablement platform
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience building dashboards or reporting views in Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools

The expected salary range* for this role is $108,400 to $127,500 to $146,600 USD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
