The Role
Work Flexibility: Remote

As a Senior Analytics Enablement Data Analyst, you will lead initiatives that enhance sales enablement analytics and reporting across the business. You will collaborate with sales teams, operations, and commercial systems stakeholders as the primary point of contact for analytics inquiries, ensuring effective communication between technical analysts and business leaders. Your responsibilities include managing manual data inputs, maintaining data security through Azure distribution lists, and creating training materials to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop Power BI reports, implement processes to address data quality issues, and communicate key updates to large audiences on timelines, insights, and issue resolutions.
What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams, sales operations, CRM, and EIM stakeholders for analytics-related inquiries.
  • Collect and manage manual data inputs from key business stakeholders to support reporting and analytics.
  • Maintain and update Azure distribution lists for report security purposes.
  • Develop and implement processes to identify data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to drive resolution, ensuring accuracy and reliability in analytics and reporting.
  • Create training content, including videos, tutorials, one-pagers, and other resources, to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Lead development and execution of training sessions for stakeholders to promote a data-driven culture.
  • Convert stakeholder needs into clear and actionable project requirements.
  • Draft and distribute communications to large audiences, providing direction, insights, and updates on timelines, deliverables, and issues.
  • Collect and analyze report usage metrics to identify underutilized reports and recommend opportunities for consolidation or removal to optimize system performance and reduce infrastructure costs.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Analytics Analysts to solve complex data challenges, leveraging best practices to develop and implement sustainable, scalable solutions.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline manual data collection and improve efficiency.
  • Actively identify opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to support sales enablement goals.
  • Lead the development, optimization, and strategic enhancement of analytics dashboards and data collection tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and maintain Power BI reports and data models, ensuring adherence to visualization and reporting best practices.
  • Support problem-solving, root cause analysis, and solution development to address business challenges.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years of applicable data analytics work experience required in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of work experience related to data analytics. 
  • Experience with interpreting & communicating analytical content to a wide range of key stakeholders.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience in data transformation and cleansing and relational database and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience in data governance concepts including the need for documented definitions, calculations, sources, lineage, etc.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language central to data analytics (e.g. SQL, Python, R, DAX, M).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating training content.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Knowledge of Azure distribution lists or similar systems for managing data security.
  • Applied experience with project management tools & framework (e.g. scrum and agile frameworks).

Travel Percentage: 10%
