Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • First Impressions Matter: You will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, utilizing your active, confident, and friendly communication style to establish relationships with decision-makers.
  • Act as a consultant, identifying requirements and challenges with potential customers and developing initial solutions for digitizing their HR processes.
  • Be proactive in researching and identifying new customers, creating personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation, and executing them.
  • Thrive in a motivated and ambitious team, collaborating with Sales Development colleagues and Account Executives to achieve goals and share best practices.
  • As a Senior SDR, in addition to your regular tasks, you will also drive your own project to further improve Sales Development. The type and area of the project can be freely determined between you and your TL. Be creative and help Personio move forward!


Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Ideally, you have experience working in a sales/business development role in a SaaS company and a solid understanding of it.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other engagement tools in SaaS sales, such as Salesforce.
  • Exhibit active listening skills, communicate confidently and purposefully, and act proactively, with experience in solution-based sales.
  • Ability to interact with various stakeholders and decipher complex structures.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent German (C2 level) and English (B1+) proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Preferably, you have completed your studies in business, communications, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with social selling tools and a creative, open-minded approach to exploring new communication channels.
