About your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Coordinator – Maternity Leave to join our high performing Construction Industries team. Based in our Brisbane, Acacia Ridge office, this is a 12 month maternity leave position working Monday to Friday.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee adherence to CI SOPs, procedures, and records for Sales Coordinators
  • Ensuring adherence to KPIs related to purchase through to delivery
  • Ensure timely processing of Accounts workflows
  • Allocate sales coordination workloads for distribution and scheduling
  • Monitor data accuracy via PowerBI and uphold E2E process integrity
  • Oversee ensure correct documentation is submitted
  • Approve purchase orders and manage freight allocations as needed
  • Maintain accurate equipment delivery data to support sales forecasting
  • Ensuring our values are upheld with our internal and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of build times and coordination processes

About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in Sales Coordination or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail with confidence managing complex data in systems such as PowerBI, AX, SAP or Microsoft Suite
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communicator with a track record of building strong relationships across internal teams, customers, and suppliers
  • Skilled in decision-making, process ownership, and driving accountability within a team setting
  • Sound knowledge of Caterpillar machinery and product offerings
  • Familiarity with tender processes and documentation requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating various business systems and tools
