Now, we're looking for a dynamic sales professional to help drive our Major Projects business with Tier 1 construction clients.

As a Business Development Manager focused on Major Projects, you will work on large-scale, high-value developments, engaging directly with top-tier builders, developers, and consultants across the construction sector. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes, influence decision-makers, and align KONE’s solutions with major project needs will be key to your success.

What will you be doing?

  • Driving strategic sales across multi-million dollar construction projects

  • Building and expanding relationships with top tier builders, developers, and key stakeholders

  • Leading end-to-end sales processes—from tendering to final negotiation and handover

  • Positioning KONE as a partner of choice through technical insights and commercial acumen

  • Collaborating with internal engineering, operations, and installation teams

  • Maintaining sales pipeline and reporting through Salesforce (CRM)

  • Keeping up to date with market trends, project pipelines, and client developments

What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record in major project or capital equipment sales, ideally in construction or engineering

  • Strong network or 5+ years experience working with Tier 1 or top-tier construction firms

  • Commercially savvy, with an ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex negotiations

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills

  • Tech-literate and detail-focused, with Salesforce or CRM experience

  • Degree in business, engineering, construction, or a related discipline (preferred)
