Now, we're looking for a dynamic sales professional to help drive our Major Projects business with Tier 1 construction clients.
As a Business Development Manager focused on Major Projects, you will work on large-scale, high-value developments, engaging directly with top-tier builders, developers, and consultants across the construction sector. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes, influence decision-makers, and align KONE’s solutions with major project needs will be key to your success.
What will you be doing?
Driving strategic sales across multi-million dollar construction projects
Building and expanding relationships with top tier builders, developers, and key stakeholders
Leading end-to-end sales processes—from tendering to final negotiation and handover
Positioning KONE as a partner of choice through technical insights and commercial acumen
Collaborating with internal engineering, operations, and installation teams
Maintaining sales pipeline and reporting through Salesforce (CRM)
Keeping up to date with market trends, project pipelines, and client developments
What are we looking for?
Proven track record in major project or capital equipment sales, ideally in construction or engineering
Strong network or 5+ years experience working with Tier 1 or top-tier construction firms
Commercially savvy, with an ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex negotiations
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
Tech-literate and detail-focused, with Salesforce or CRM experience
Degree in business, engineering, construction, or a related discipline (preferred)
