We are again expanding our Bangkok office and looking for a Senior Sales Consultant who is a Thai national and fluent in English, to strengthen our client portfolio through consultative B2B software services sales.
This is a senior-level role for a professional who understands and can handle complex sales processes, values long-term client relationships, and knows how to turn opportunities into signed contracts.
Your Role in the Manao Sales Team
You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities in Bangkok and Bangkok area, building trusted relationships with senior decision makers, and shaping custom software solutions together with our technical experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities
- Lead the full sales cycle—from first outreach to contract signing
- Conduct discovery sessions and value-driven client presentations
- Collaborate with solution architects and project managers on proposals
- Represent Manao Software at client meetings and selected industry events
- Provide sales insights and accurate forecasting to the management team
Who We're Looking For
- Thai national with fluent English communication skills
- At least three years of proven success in B2B software or tech sales
- Skilled in consultative, value-based sales conversations
- Confident in engaging senior decision-makers
- Professional, structured, and self-motivated
- Lives in Bangkok and can work onsite at our office (working from home is not offered)
