Are you a sales compensation expert who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and business impact?

As part of our Global Total Rewards team, you will lead the design, governance, and optimization of sales incentive programs worldwide, owning the full cycle from plan design through communication and payment accuracy at every step. You'll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Operations, and business leaders, bringing the analytical rigor and design thinking needed to build incentive programs that perform at a global scale.

This is a hands-on role with one direct report, you'll be close to the work, close to the business, and close to the decisions that matter.

If you excel at turning business strategy into fair, meaningful incentive programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, you will own the compensation programs that sit at the heart of how we attract, motivate, and retain top sales talent globally. Your key responsibilities include:

    • Sales Compensation & Variable Pay. Own the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous improvement of global variable pay programs, with a heavy focus on sales teams (commissions, MBO Plans, SPIFFs, and more).

    • Job Architecture. Contribute to job evaluation and description processes, position grading, and ongoing maintenance of our Job Framework.

    • Market Benchmarking & Data Intelligence. Lead comprehensive benchmarking studies and job pricing analyses to ensure global competitiveness across compensation and benefits.

    • Data & Analytics. Design and produce Total Rewards reports and dashboards, conduct detailed cost analyses, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business.

    • Compliance & Audits. Provide data and expertise for compensation-related audits, staying ahead of legislative changes and industry best practices.

    • Stakeholder Partnership. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders on day-to-day activities including job leveling, compensation benchmarks, and pay adjustments.

    • Team Contribution. Champion Total Rewards team initiatives that continuously strengthen our employee value proposition.

What You Need For This Role

  • Experience. 8+ years in a Global Total Rewards function within a matrixed, high-growth organization. Background in tech or digital media with a track record of international sales compensation rollouts strongly preferred.

  • Education. Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. A Master's degree or professional compensation certification (e.g. CCP) is a strong advantage.

  • Analytical Mindset. Highly quantitative and detail-oriented, with a commitment to discreet handling of sensitive compensation data.

  • Technical Proficiency. Advanced experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Workday experience is a major plus. AI literacy and hands-on use of tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT is highly valued.

  • Communication. Full professional proficiency in English is essential; Spanish fluency is a plus.

  • Adaptability. The resilience and drive to develop and roll out large-scale Total Rewards programs across a global organization.

  • Culture Add. We're a small, collaborative, and high-performing team. We value directness and strong opinions, held loosely, designs get challenged here, and that's how we get better. Flexibility matters: this is a collaborative environment where designs evolve through healthy challenge, and exceptions to policy exist but are managed carefully.

What Will Make Us Really Love You

  • You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
  • You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
  • You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
  • You have an eye for detail.
  • You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
  • You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.

What You’ll Love About Us
