Overview:
As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and compliant commission payments to our global sales team. You will be part of the Revenue Operations team, playing an important role for commission process improvements to support business growth. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Finance and Sales Operations to ensure alignment across compensation plans, payroll processes, and sales performance data. As a key point of contact for commission – related inquiries, you will be responsible for resolving issues, interpret and apply correctly plan rules, and provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:
Lead the validation and processing of monthly and quarterly commission payments for the global sales team.
Maintain commission tools, systems, and data integrity.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure accuracy and compliance with sales compensation plans.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insight into commission trends and discrepancies.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and support business growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for all commission payment–related inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolution to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
Experience in commission processing, financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
Experience with incentive automation platforms (SAP Commissions or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially under tight deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in English, German language is an advantage
