We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales to cover Italy, with a proven ability to sell, a strong personal network, good leadership experience and a passion for delivering customer excellence. Sell & Lead with dedication - Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You are expected to generate, manage, and close opportunities independently in addition to leading a small team of excellent Salespeople.
Leverage Your Network - Bring and expand your own strong portfolio of installer and distribution network and relationships to accelerate our market reach and sales velocity.
Champion Customer Excellence - Place the customer at the center of everything. Understand their needs, deliver outstanding service, and build long-term trust and loyalty.
Drive Revenue Growth - Develop and execute strategic sales & business plans to consistently exceed revenue targets. Prioritize high-impact accounts and deliver results.
Position with Authority - Confidently communicate the value proposition of our storage solutions, technically and commercially. Differentiate us clearly from competitors.
Collaborate Internally - Partner closely with internal teams—including marketing, operations, product, and executive leadership to deliver an aligned, best-in-class customer experience.
