This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 07:30-1700, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00

What You’ll Be Doing
Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions.
Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven background in Sales with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience in the construction materials supply industry is preferred.
Self motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to provide great customer service.
Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.

Skills Required
- Passion for sales and enthusiasm for the merchant/retail environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships face-to-face and by phone
- Willingness to support the team and be multiskilled across branch, yard and trade counter
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 07:30-17:00 and every other Saturday 08:00-12:00
- Basic administration skills and ability to use in-house systems to process orders, payments and update customer accounts
- Ability to maintain stock levels and carry out regular stock counts; keep branch clean and presentable
