Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales & Account Management Specialist to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team empowers travel agencies with industry-leading solutions and insights to grow their business, drive operational efficiency and strengthen customer loyalty. As a Senior Sales & Account Management Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of leisure travel agencies and regional TMCs to drive revenue growth, deepen relationships and expand solution adoption. You will work cross-functionally to deliver tailored value, informed by market insights and customer needs. Success in this role requires a proactive, persuasive and customer-focused mindset, along with adaptability, resilience and a passion for building trust.
Key responsibilities
- Drive commercial growth across assigned leisure travel agency and regional TMC accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies that deliver measurable results and partner satisfaction.
- Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions and ongoing performance reviews.
- Provide actionable market and customer insights to support product and sales strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
Qualifications and education requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the travel industry, ideally in travel technology, GDS or TMC/agency settings.
- Proven ability to grow revenue, build strategic relationships and deliver customer value.
- Strong knowledge of leisure and TMC agency business models and distribution landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and planning skills.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa to support regional customer engagement.
