We are seeking a Senior Sales & Account Management Specialist to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—driving growth and success for travel agencies by providing industry-leading solutions. As a Senior Sales & Account Management Specialist focused on Malaysia, you will manage a portfolio of TMCs and leisure travel agencies. You will be responsible for driving customer success, accelerating adoption of Sabre’s solutions and leading commercial activities that create long-term value. This role requires strong relationship management, strategic selling expertise and a deep understanding of the travel agency landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with TMCs and leisure travel agencies across Malaysia.
  • Lead commercial discussions including negotiations, renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify, influence and close new business opportunities to expand Sabre’s agency footprint.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Leverage market intelligence to guide account strategy and competitive positioning.

Preferred qualifications and education

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the travel industry.
  • Deep understanding of GDS platforms, agency operations and trends in corporate and leisure travel.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence across functions and client organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
