As the Senior Safety Specialist, you will ensure compliance with Korean workplace safety regulations and lead risk prevention initiatives. You will act as the operational expert for safety management, supporting the HR Manager and Health Responsible Person to maintain a safe and compliant environment for all employees, customers, and contractors 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure a safe workplace for employees, customers, and contractors by preventing accidents and injuries. 
  • Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and implement preventive measures. 
  • Lead audits and compliance checks in line with the Industrial Safety and Health Act and Serious Accidents Punishment Act. 
  • Manage and follow up on incidents, ensuring legal compliance and preventive actions. 
  • Deliver safety training and awareness programs across teams. 
  • Act as subject matter expert to guide leaders and employees on safety decisions. 
  • Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Operations, and external authorities to ensure compliance. 
  • Provide transparent updates on safety KPIs and performance.
