Global Safety comprises over 80 international employees dedicated to the surveillance of Ferring’s medicinal products and devices. In the Safety Surveillance department, we are organized in functional teams consisting of Safety Advisors, Safety Physicians, Safety Medical Writers and Safety Officers who interact and collaborate daily in product teams. Your day at Ferring
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Play a crucial role in ensuring drug safety across various areas of Ferring’s portfolio, working as an integral part of a highly motivated and dedicated team of approximately 18 colleagues.

Review and analyze data from post-marketing, clinical trials and other relevant sources for the identification of safety signals.

Review and evaluate serious adverse event reports from clinical trials or post-marketing for completeness, accuracy, expectedness and relatedness.

Collaborate daily with various functions within your product portfolio team and external departments, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, Ferring affiliates, and partners on specific projects or products.

Engage in Subject Matter Expert work for various processes related to safety surveillance, safety reports and other PV topics.

Participate in cross-functional projects to further develop our processes.
Our spectacular state-of-the-art International Pharma Science Center near Copenhagen Airport will be your primary work location. However, you can also work from home up to two days a week.

Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

A scientific or medical degree (e.g., M.Sc. Pharm., M.Sc. Human Biology, or M.D.) with over 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance

A highly motivated, self-driven, and team-oriented personality

The ability to collaborate and thrive in a multicultural corporate environment

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

The ability to plan and prioritize your work and deliver high quality work within timelines
