Position Title: Senior SaaS Systems Administrator
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
The Senior SaaS System Administrator plays a central role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of NCC Group’s cloud based platforms and internal SaaS applications. This position supports both operational excellence and continuous improvement by managing day-to-day administration, optimizing system configurations, and partnering with engineering, security, and service delivery teams. The role exists to maintain a robust SaaS ecosystem that enables NCC Group’s global workforce to operate efficiently and securely, and deliver timely and effective engagements for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Summary
SaaS Platform Administration
- Manage, configure, and maintain core SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Slack, and other enterprise tools).
- Oversee user lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access control, and license optimization.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and usage patterns to ensure optimal operation.
Security & Compliance
- Implement and enforce security best practices across all SaaS platforms, including MFA, SSO, RBAC, and conditional access policies.
- Collaborate with NCC Group’s security teams to support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Monitor for suspicious activity, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities within SaaS environments.
Automation & Optimization
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline administrative tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
- Support integration efforts between SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
Incident & Problem Management
- Troubleshoot and resolve SaaS-related incidents, service disruptions, and performance issues.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues raised by service desk or internal teams.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with engineering, IT operations, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in vendor management activities, including evaluating new SaaS tools and managing renewals.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new tools and features.

- Experience working in a security focused or compliance driven environment.
Technical Skills
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms such as:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Entra ID
- Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence)
- Salesforce
- ServiceNow
- Okta or other identity providers
- Proficiency with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar).
- Familiarity with API integrations, REST endpoints, and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Workato).
- Understanding of IAM principles, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and conditional access.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/S, VPN, proxies).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for SaaS environments.
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and cloud security frameworks
- Experience mentoring others in similar roles a plus
Function Overview:
This role will report directly to the technical assurance services team to ensure ease of communication and ability to work directly with key stakeholders. The role will be at an individual contributor level and will work as a mentor alongside several peers
