The Business Systems & Processes team is the linking pin between the business and IT. The team liaisons with end user community, Site SCM, Business Planning & Fulfilment, Warehousing and Logistics, IT and other organizations, to support and improve the business fulfilment process. The team provides operational support to the Nexperia SCM organization and drives the global SCM infrastructure programs and operational excellence projects as defined in the SCM roadmap.
The Business Process Consultant provides first line support to end users in the areas of order fulfilment, logistics, supply chain planning and material management, and takes the lead in driving process improvements.
What you will do
Provide first line support to end-users in supply chain systems
Ensure a continuous service of operational systems and other associated applications
Train the user community to operate and optimize the use of the processes, procedures and supporting systems
Drive and support system related projects and improvements, and integrate them into global or local procedures
Translate business requirements into procedures, processes or functional system specifications and put them forward through the change control and implementation process
Represent the business in supply chain management projects with relation to systems and processes as defined in the agreed SCM roadmap or by local management.
Provide consultancy to end users and (higher) management on complex supply chain topics
Provide the user community with the system tools and processes to continuously monitor the data consistency and accuracy.
Drive improvements to ensure effective and efficient master data processes and high quality of master data within the supporting systems.
What you will need
Deep knowledge of SAP (MM/PP/SD) and Advanced Planning systems (o9 or equivalent), S&OP and Supply Chain concepts
Experience in Semiconductor industry, outstanding Supply Chain network and business understanding
7 years of experience in a business environment
2-5 years of proven results in Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain-/Business Planning, IT, and/or S&P roles
Bachelor/master degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics or equivalent qualification
IT-affinity
Continuous improvement mindset, experience with methods of Lean Sigma preferred, pro-actively drive changes.
Fluency in English, Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong analytical skills; able to analyze situations, formulate proposals for improvement, get them accepted and drive realization
Ability to learn and grasp system concepts, functionality and business processes
APICS CPIM/CIRM certification is a plus
Project management experience and knowledge of project management methodology (PRINCEII preferred)
