Reporting to Global S&OP Manager, the primary responsibility of this role focuses in creating Global supply plans to support the Business Unit’s Global demand forecast and communicate the supply plans to the appropriate manufacturing location. This role will work closely with the originating Business unit to understand the Global demand forecast and any changes to the forecast that could cause supply constraints in the Global supply chain. The role will actively support the governance and execution of a Business Unit’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and be responsible for creating the data and review material for the various meetings and forums. Full support on the implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is also required. This role is Global and not limited to supporting a single manufacturing site or location.
About the Job:Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to develop global demand forecasts (mid/long term) and subsequent global supply plans.
Lead demand planning strategy and review cross-functional forecast accuracy performance.
Support and participate in business-level S&OP governance, facilitating inputs for Executive S&OP meetings.
Collaborate with site operations and supply chain teams to ensure adherence to supply plans, tracking performance to plan, and conducting scenario planning for optimized capacity vs. demand.
Develop global inventory outlooks and forecasts, identifying and driving actions to achieve target goals.
Support global End-of-Life (EOL), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) initiatives.
Conduct projects leading to process improvements and optimization across international and multi-site teams.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
8+ years of work experience in Supply Chain, including hands-on experience in Demand Planning.
Strong background and understanding of core supply chain management principles (Demand Planning, Production Planning, Master Scheduling, Material Planning, and Logistics).
Strong analytical skills with a robust mindset for critical thinking and problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively across various organizational levels, including management.
Proficient with SAP/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills, alongside general proficiency across business software packages.
High level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Flexibility to attend early morning and evening global calls, with willingness to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.
