As a Senior Ruby On Rails Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create scalable and maintainable software solutions. The shift timings for this role will be in Pakistan time, with occasional overlap during US hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Lead technical projects and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Proven track record of building and deploying high-quality web applications.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
