Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Proficiency in Ruby and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Desirable:
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Advanced English:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
