Optimiza is on the lookout for a Senior RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to automate business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort. Your expertise will drive the transformation of our processes through innovative automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Design process workflows, create reusable components, and ensure high-quality delivery of automation solutions.
- Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet defined specifications.
- Monitor and maintain RPA deployments, ensuring their stability and performance while addressing any issues as they arise.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior RPA developers and team members.
- Stay current with RPA trends and best practices to continuously enhance automation capabilities within the organization.
- Document automation processes and provide training to end-users and stakeholders on using RPA solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on RPA implementation.
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience in process analysis and designing workflows for automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant RPA certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with BPMN, workflow automation, and understanding of IT process frameworks (ITIL, Scrum) is a plus.
