The Opportunity:
The main responsibility as an RPA Developer is to design, develop, and implement software robots, or bots, to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency. You are responsible for designing the Bots that are easily scalable, re-usable and makes the operations very smooth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support RPA initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to drive productivity and innovation.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Environment Setup:
- Expertly set up Development, UAT, and Production environments for Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
- Ensure seamless integration and deployment across all environments.
- Process Development and Deployment:
- Develop and deploy over 30 processes using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud.
- Optimize and streamline automation workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- RPA Code Conversion:
- Convert code from other RPA platforms to Power Automate Desktop.
- Ensure compatibility and functionality of converted processes.
- Best Practices and Standards:
- Establish and enforce best coding practices for Power Automate Desktop and Cloud development.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Design end-to-end automation solutions that align with business requirements.
- Create detailed architectural documentation and technical specifications.
- Training and Mentorship:
- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor the performance of deployed solutions and make necessary optimizations.
- Implement monitoring tools and practices to ensure the reliability and scalability of automation solutions.
- UiPath Integration (Secondary):
- Convert UiPath ReFramework to Power Automate Desktop.
- Leverage UiPath expertise to enhance Power Platform solutions.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in setting up Dev, UAT, and Prod environments for PAD.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy over 30 processes.
- Strong knowledge of converting RPA platform code to Power Automate Desktop.
- Expertise in building best coding practices for Power Automate Desktop and Cloud development.
- Proficiency in converting UiPath ReFramework to Power Automate Desktop.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power Apps and other Power Platform components.
- Familiarity with other RPA tools and platforms.
- Certification in Power Platform or related technologies.
