Senior RPA Developer - UiPath Specialist (hybrid in Alpharetta, GA)

You will contribute to high-impact, cross-functional automation efforts that improve operational efficiency and unlock business value.

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using UiPath. You’ll collaborate with business analysts and operations teams to identify automation opportunities, build robust workflows, and ensure integration with key enterprise platforms. This role is hands-on and highly technical, with a focus on scaling enterprise-grade automation in a secure and performant manner.

The role is a long-term contract position (1099) with full-time commitment.

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath across business-critical processes.
• Create and maintain solution design documents (SDDs) aligned with business requirements.
• Integrate UiPath with external systems (ERP, CRM, databases) and consume/publish APIs via Azure API Management.
• Manage secure credential handling using tools like Azure Key Vault and CyberArk.
• Configure Datadog (or similar tools) for workflow logging, monitoring, and alerts.
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration and version control practices (e.g., Git, TFS).
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Stay updated on UiPath’s AI Center, Document Understanding, and ML capabilities to drive innovation.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in stakeholder discussions.

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development with deep hands-on expertise in UiPath.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with Orchestrator APIs in Azure environments.
• Strong understanding of workflow-based logic, automation best practices, and secure integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like MSSQL and Oracle.
• Experience using or migrating UiPath to cloud environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML features in UiPath and interest in agentic automation trends.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in distributed, cross-functional teams.
