About the Role at RobCo
RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.
At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious (Senior) Robotics Support Specialist (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.
You will be the driving force behind the successful maintenance and servicing of our systems. Your technical expertise and commitment ensure our customers remain satisfied in the long term.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and replace components on existing systems and perform troubleshooting to quickly restore production capabilities.
Optimize robotic systems in our modern Robflow no-code programming interface – from fine-tuning positions to adjusting processes based on your insights.
Provide remote support for customer systems, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and guidance on technical questions.
Proactively assess processes to identify potential issues early and collaborate with Product Development and Solution Engineering – your feedback is crucial to making future systems even better.
We're looking for someone who has:
Technical Expertise: Education in automation technology, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, mechatronics engineer, or a comparable qualification.
Experience and Passion: Initial experience in commissioning or maintaining automation solutions or similar technologies – and a genuine enthusiasm for innovative technical challenges.
Mobility and Customer Focus: You hold a valid driver’s license, enjoy traveling – approx. 70% across Germany – and love supporting customers on-site. You ensure our systems run reliably, understand customer needs, and actively contribute to successful projects.
Structured Working Style: Precise documentation and clear communication come naturally to you.
Team Spirit and Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy collaborating with different departments and finding pragmatic solutions that comply with standards or set new benchmarks.
Language Skills: Excellent German and good English skills complete your profile.
Why join RobCo?
Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.
Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.
As part of a very dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you will take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.
Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decisions and support your professional and personal development.
Work out across Germany in over 7,200 studios with our subsidized Wellpass membership.
Flexible working hours, a modern office, and—depending on the role—the option to work from home.
Regular team events—from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop terrace to shared experiences on ski trips or at Oktoberfest.
