Senior Risk Analytics Consultant - Credit Risk Intelligence & Transformation (CRIT) - CAR Commercial Data Management Team
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant.
The CAR Data Management/Consulting, Implementation & Sourcing is looking for Senior Risk Analytics Consultant to join the CAR Commercial Data Management group. The CAR Commercial Data Management group manages all aspects of commercial data including data uploads, data mapping, maintaining metadata, reconciliations, data quality management, data warehousing, source system load functions, and other key functions necessary for effective data management.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives with a focus on commercial data, and delivering actionable insights and decision strategies within analytics and reporting, and contribute to large-scale planning related to Risk Analytics
- Review and analyze moderately complex data aggregation, forecasting, reporting, and programming models
- Oversee the production and reconciliation of commercial data, and model documentation in alignment with policy governance
- Resolve data, production, and business modeling, and lead team to meet Risk Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of risk reporting policies, modeling strategies, procedures, regulatory requests, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, experienced managers, compliance, and technology to resolve modeling, forecasting, reconciliation, and production issues, and achieve analytic and reporting goals
- Conduct detailed reconciliation of commercial data to the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
- Partner with cross-enterprise risk analysts in development of common modeling strategies
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Teradata, SQL Server, TOAD, Oracle, SAS, Dremio, Power BI and/or Tableau
- Extensive experience in commercial data, credit reporting and/or credit risk analytics
- Strong working knowledge of Commercial Banking business and SORs (AFS, AIMS, Choice, GSCF, Infolease, Lease Connect, LIQ, Lucas, MBFG, RBG, Strategy, etc.)
- Experience in data mining, analyst, and interpret large datasets
- Proficient in relational database design and querying, with extensive experience in data mapping, mining, and modeling.
- Understanding of General Ledger and experience in source-to-GL reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools including Excel formulas, pivot tables, etc
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with partners to understand approaches and key deliverables
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to work independently and with teams on multiple initiatives concurrently

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00Benefits
