About the role 

This is a great opportunity to influence reward programs and outcomes across Australia and New Zealand while working with a values and commercially driven team. You'll partner with leaders across the business to help deliver reward programs such as remuneration, benefits, recognition that support attraction, retention and engagement. 

You'll join a fast paced, collaborative People & Culture team where you'll have the opportunity to work across reward strategy, advisory, governance, initiatives. 

What's involved 

In this role, you will: 

  • Balance the ability to engage stakeholders in a front facing capacity while being analytical and comfortable in the data.  

  • Build organisational reward capability through identifying opportunities, developing frameworks, learning material and delivering through effective communication 

  • Provide subject matter expertise, across reward programs.  

  • Lead and enhance employee benefits programs across Australia and New Zealand. 

  • Lead governance, compliance, pay equity and reporting activities. 

  • Partner with stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance, Payroll and the broader business to deliver effective reward outcomes. 

  • Leverage HR systems, AI, reporting to drive continuous improvements  

About You 

You're a reward professional who combines strong analytical capability with the ability to build trusted relationships. You enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insights and are confident influencing stakeholders and guiding decision-making. 

You'll thrive in a collaborative team environment, bring a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced business where no two days are the same. 

What you'll need 

  • 5+ years' experience in reward, remuneration, compensation, benefits, people analytics or a related specialist role. 

  • Strong knowledge of remuneration practices, market benchmarking, incentive programs, salary survey data and reward governance. 

  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail. 

  • Experience partnering with a broad range of stakeholders and providing specialist advice. 

  • Exposure to HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, HR and external provider platforms (such as Korn Ferry, Mercer etc). 

  • Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline are highly regarded.
