Senior Revit Draftsperson | Concept & DA

This is a remote position.

Develop your Australian architectural career with a permanent WFH position offering PHP 125,000–155,000 per month, Day 1 HMO and company-provided equipment.

Offshore 24/7 is recruiting a Senior Architectural Draftsperson for a Queensland architectural practice specialising in premium multi-residential developments. You will document Australian new-build apartment towers through Concept and Development Application (DA) stages, working under the Architectural Lead.

This is a drafting and documentation role. You will deliver accurate Revit models and coordinated drawing sets from agreed design direction, follow markups, clarify conflicts and flag missing information. Design authority and final compliance sign-off remain with the Australian team.

·       Develop agreed concepts, sketches and markups into coordinated Revit models and DA drawing packages.

·       Prepare site and floor plans, elevations, sections, shadow diagrams, area calculations, schedules and supporting drawings.

·       Apply planning controls and overlays with the architect and town planner, including height, setbacks, site cover, landscaping and parking.

·       Coordinate early structural, civil, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, fire-services and landscape information; identify missing inputs and spatial conflicts.

·       Implement Council Information Request amendments and keep affected drawings, models and calculations consistent.

·       Create and modify Revit families, check documentation before review, and support Design Development and Construction Documentation when required.

·       At least 4 years of substantive Concept and DA documentation experience, including at least 3 years working on Australian architectural projects. These periods may overlap.

·       Personal Concept-to-DA documentation experience on an Australian new-build apartment tower; townhouses or detached houses alone are insufficient.

·       Direct DA experience applying Brisbane City Council or Gold Coast City Council planning requirements. Experience with both is preferred.

·       Experience preparing and coordinating DA packages through submission and implementing Council Information Request amendments under an architect’s direction.

·       Advanced Revit documentation and model coordination, including creating and modifying parametric families.

·       Working NCC knowledge and practical experience coordinating early structural and building-services inputs and space allowances.

·       Ability to assist with DD/CD documentation; a relevant degree or recognised equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Architectural Drafting.

·       Clear written and spoken English, careful self-checking, and the ability to follow design direction, clarify conflicts and meet agreed deadlines.

Preferred: Experience with both named councils and projects progressing through Concept, DA, DD and CD is valued. AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360/Forma are useful additional tools.

·       100% work from home, based in the Philippines

·       Full-time, permanent Philippine employment with Offshore 24/7

·       Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippine time
