ProMach is seeking a Senior Revenue Technology & AI Innovation Manager to join our corporate Marketing Technology team. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of Salesforce administration, revenue enablement, and emerging AI capabilities - serving as a critical driver in transforming our technology stack into a true competitive advantage.

You'll partner closely with our Aftermarket business units to design and implement solutions that accelerate revenue growth. Equally important, you'll spearhead AI-driven initiatives that position ProMach at the forefront of innovation in our industry.

Do you enjoy this work?

• Own the strategy and execution of Salesforce enhancements that support Aftermarket revenue teams. This includes building sophisticated automations, optimizing service workflows, and developing scalable solutions that improve sales velocity and customer engagement across this area of the business.

• Serve as a lead architect for AI special projects from concept through delivery. Identify high-value opportunities for AI integration across the commercial technology ecosystem, build business cases, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive implementation to measurable outcomes.

• Champion the evolution of our Salesforce org toward a cutting-edge, best-in-class environment. Stay ahead of platform capabilities, industry trends, and competitive technologies to continuously elevate our marketing and sales technology infrastructure.

• Act as a trusted advisor to Aftermarket leadership, translating business challenges into technology solutions. Collaborate with IT, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of technology investments.

• Experience managing enterprise Salesforce implementations with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

• Proven ability to lead complex technology projects from vision to execution.

• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in a business context.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology capabilities to revenue outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across multiple business units and leadership levels.
