What You'll Do
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer success and CEO Office to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Optimize the full lead-to-cash cycle aiming improvements in efficiency and revenue growth
- Improve data quality across the organization to enforce data-based decision making
- Design and implement sales forecasting models to accurately predict revenue projections
- Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead management, pipeline management, and deal closure
- Support the implementation and management of sales and marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to track revenue goals and objectives to support performance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Build and maintain centralized training and documentation center for sales, marketing and CS processes
- Design and implement initiatives to improve the adoption of relevant teams to the processes and technologies
- Oversee operational and administrative tasks related to revenue operations, and support different teams in case of need
What You Have
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree in engineering, business or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in a revenue growth related field
- Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach, combined with a strong business judgment
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Strong in translating data into actionable insights with the objective to improve business processes
- Proficiency in presenting analyses and newly implemented processes in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive team player who is willing to take on new initiatives with a "Can do" attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Excellent oral and written English speaking skills
- Business consultancy background is a plus
