We are seeking a collaborative and analytical Senior Revenue Operations Executive to execute on the essential day to day tasks of the Revenue Operations team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and resourceful person who will be working closely with our local marketing, sales and customer success departments, along with our Global Operations team to build out a comprehensive operational infrastructure to scale a rapidly growing team. 


What you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for collaborating with the team on implementing key initiatives and overseeing day to day operations of the commercial organization, while uncovering opportunities for positive change within Trustpilot.


  • Partner with stakeholders in Marketing, New Business, Customer Success, Global Operations and Commercial Finance departments to deliver on new and improved processes and aide in the building of future commercial support infrastructure
  • Execute on key weekly, monthly, quarterly operational processes & deliverables such as, but not limited to, renewal reporting, trailing conversion rate, time to conversation, forecasting, pipeline management and marketing performance funnels
  • Support Marketing and Commercial team management with daily requests, approvals, and assist with processing quotes
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management, processes and policies
  • Collaborate with Commercial Finance to ensure that all the numbers are aligned and correct
  • Identify, implement and maintain industry best practices to drive efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the commercial team
  • Build, own and maintain key metric reports and dashboards that measure and track company KPIs and sales metrics 
  • Assist with the maintenance data accuracy within Salesforce and other supporting tools, and assist with the governance of the teams with regards to timeliness and accuracy of data inputs
  • Document and maintain the requirements and processes to improve the adoption of Salesforce and other revenue driving tools & processes
  • Provide first-tier support to the Senior Commercial stakeholders


Who you are:

  • You understand and thrive working in a Commercial environment
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with various departments across the organization
  • Organized and can handle working on multiple projects at once
  • Analytical mindset, an interest for working with data, and advanced Excel or Google Sheet skills
  • Previous experience working within Salesforce required
  • Experience with Planhat, Looker or Kubaru preferred
  • An enthusiasm towards building and maintaining deep relationships 
  • Able to present and implement your ideas in order to get better solutions
  • An ability to prioritize workload and meet targets set by others while collaborating with departments ensuring priorities are moved forward
  • An attitude defined by taking personal responsibility to meet commitments and actively seeks additional responsibility
  • Skilled in partnering with diverse organizational units and shaping the judgment process among executive participants
  • Effective in collaboration and communication
  • Have experience with internal and external stakeholder management
