Sell Trustpilot's platform to mid-market customers through full sales cycle ownership. Prospect and qualify leads, engage C-level decision makers, manage pipeline in Salesforce, meet and exceed monthly targets, and develop skills toward enterprise sales.

Own outbound prospecting for enterprise accounts: research and map target orgs, identify C-level/VP decision-makers, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities. Partner with Senior Enterprise AEs to run multi-channel outreach, maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce, and expand whitespace to build pipeline and revenue opportunities.

Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close. Target C-level buyers, build pipeline using Salesforce, exceed quarterly quotas, uncover new verticals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client implementation and revenue growth.

Own strategic value for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers: lead complex onboarding, drive product adoption and measurable executive-level outcomes, maintain customer health and retention, resolve complex issues, cultivate advocacy and case studies, and feed enterprise insights to Product while maintaining accurate success plans and CRM metrics.
