About you:
As the Senior Rev Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for leading analytics initiatives, business performance reporting and driving strategic insights to support our go-to-market execution and strategies across Asia Pacific (APAC). This is a critical, business partnering role requiring strong
analytical and storytelling skills to manage and deliver key business outcomes while collaborating with the leadership team onshore and offshore.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Take ownership of business performance reports, forecast models, analytics projects and delivering insights which directly impact decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across APAC to understand nuances in the data and ensure data accuracy from leads, bookings to revenue.
• Leverage existing set up in Databricks, SFDC or Finance systems, existing Tableau dashboards or excel reports to create consolidated reports / analyses and articulate findings clearly, providing actionable insights for stakeholders. Create new reports and dashboards as needed to address business needs.
• Quickly interpret business performance results: financial and sales data and metrics. Provide answers to rapid-fire questions regarding conversions, revenue and projections using existing or new models, historical or run-rate trends.
• Navigate complex data sources and systems, ambiguity and deal with vague requirements by applying creative problem-solving skills and proactively suggesting better ways to achieve goals.
• Provide regular reporting, in-depth analysis and insights to support business reviews, deep dives or ad-hoc as required.
• Able to deal with offline system data patiently.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• 7-10 years of work experience in data analytics, business analytics, business intelligence or demonstrably related field, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficient in Excel and Tableau, familiar with Databricks and SQL.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with ability to interpret, manipulate or build data models quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work with complex data sources, identify connections and issues with data flow, and be proactive in exploring and navigating between different data sources.
• Passionate about storytelling, with strong ability to distill complex data to provide clear actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently with strong prioritization in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization, with a "can do / will do" attitude in supporting the business.
• Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity in international environments.
• Strong data troubleshooting and reconciliation skills is a MUST in this role.
