We’re seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Process & Optimization, to streamline and scale operations across the full customer lifecycle, from mid-funnel engagement through deal closure to post-sale adoption and expansion. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing handoffs, and delivering insights that improve conversion, onboarding, and retention outcomes.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Renewal Specialists, Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, and Solutions Engineering to align processes and systems that enable seamless transitions from sales to customer success. You’ll also collaborate with GTM leadership to identify process gaps, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that accelerate pipeline conversion and revenue growth. Additionally, you’ll operationalize and support our Sales Acceleration Specialist team, defining engagement models, refining workflows, and improving reporting to drive team effectiveness.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations, this role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented operator who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and is passionate about optimizing the customer journey across the bowtie model.

This is a remote opportunity within the United States and Canada, preferably in CST or PST timezones.

What You Can Expect
  • Optimize post-SQL sales processes by designing, documenting, and improving workflows from Sales Qualified Lead through close, renewal, and expansion to ensure consistency, scalability, and data accuracy.

  • Support and operationalize the Sales Acceleration Overlay Team by developing and maintaining workflows, engagement models, and reporting structures that enhance collaboration and deal velocity.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Renewal Specialists, Solutions Engineering, and Implementation teams to identify friction points and align on improvements across the lifecycle.

  • Strengthen alignment between pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth transitions from opportunity creation through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.

  • Lead operational projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, implementation, enablement, and post-launch measurement.

  • Translate business needs into structured workflows and partner with RevOps Insights and Systems teams to implement scalable process and system solutions within the GTM tech stack.

  • Collaborate with RevOps Insights to define reporting requirements and improve visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, renewal performance, and expansion trends.

  • Champion data integrity across CRM and RevOps tools, driving adoption of best practices and supporting system enhancements that improve accuracy and performance.

  • Continuously assess workflows for scalability, automation opportunities, and cross-functional alignment, recommending and implementing improvements that reduce manual effort and improve clarity.

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of optimizing sales processes and improving pipeline efficiency, forecasting, and data integrity.

  • Strong technical proficiency with CRM and RevOps technologies such as Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, and analytics tools including Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel/Sheets.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Implementation teams to improve lifecycle alignment and deliver measurable improvements.

  • Strong operational and analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose inefficiencies, drive automation, and apply data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Excellent communication and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, engage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward with clarity.
