As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our revenue teams. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with Marketing & Sales leadership to improve performance visibility, deliver insights to inform strategy and enable data-driven decision making aligned to our business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a regular cadence of key metric reporting, identifying insights on performance trends and risks
  • Develop forecasts and predictive models to drive better sales performance and uncover revenue-generating opportunities
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership on territory planning, headcount allocation, and quota setting to ensure optimal resource allocation and revenue potential
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Sales leadership to develop and refine a robust methodology for Client Health Scoring, which will be used to monitor and improve customer retention and growth
  • Partner with GTM leadership on the design and implementation of commission structures aligned to the businesses strategic growth priorities

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role, preferably in SaaS or a high-growth technology environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Experience with commission design, territory planning, and headcount allocation
  • Expertise in ARR forecasting and understanding of revenue drivers in subscription-based businesses
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience using SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis preferred
