Who you are and what you’ll do
You are a highly skilled and motivated Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to ensure the seamless functioning of our CRM (HubSpot), focusing on data integrity, advanced reporting, and process optimization by streamlining CRM processes to be intuitive and efficient. You will work with the VPs of Sales, Customer Operations and Marketing, providing valuable insights through detailed reporting and assisting with accurate forecasting by delivering insights that help teams better understand and serve our customers.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in enhancing our sales and marketing efforts through training and automation by implementing practical solutions that drive performance. You will also partner with finance and legal teams on critical initiatives, including the integration of HubSpot with NetSuite, and managing order forms, contracts, and renewals to guarantee billing accuracy by working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned revenue operations professional to advance their career in a fast-paced, growing SaaS environment.

CRM Management (HubSpot)

  • Optimize CRM Functionality: Perform the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, creating and managing advanced dashboards, and aligning CRM functions with overarching sales and marketing and customer strategies. Keep it simple by ensuring CRM processes are streamlined and intuitive for all users.
  • Automation and Segmentation: Drive the implementation of sophisticated automated workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies within HubSpot to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues, ensuring a seamless experience for the sales and marketing teams.

Sales Enablement:

  • Resource Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials, including playbooks, training resources, and sales collateral, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the sales team. Get it done by creating practical and actionable materials.
  • Gap Analysis and Solutions: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify resource and tool gaps, and proactively create and implement solutions that drive sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Training and Onboarding: Lead the organization and delivery of training sessions for the sales team on CRM best practices, new tools, and optimized sales processes, ensuring they are equipped to perform at their best.
  • Documentation in Confluence: Ensure that all onboarding materials, processes, and sales enablement resources are thoroughly documented in Confluence, providing a centralized and accessible knowledge base for ongoing reference.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Insightful Reporting: Generate and distribute in-depth sales and revenue reports, offering actionable insights into key performance metrics, emerging trends, and growth opportunities. Focus on the customer by ensuring these insights help teams better understand and serve our customers.
  • Forecasting and Strategy: Play a key role in developing advanced sales forecasting models and revenue optimization strategies, collaborating with senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize data analysis to identify and recommend enhancements to sales processes and customer interactions, driving continuous improvement across the sales function.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Holistic Alignment: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach across the entire customer journey, from lead generation to retention. Play for the team by ensuring everyone is working together toward shared goals.
  • Financial Integration: Collaborate with the finance team on key projects, including the integration of HubSpot with NetSuite, to streamline financial processes and ensure accuracy in billing and renewals.
  • Contract and Renewal Management: Assist in managing contracts and renewals, working cross-functionally with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy, supporting overall revenue growth.
  • Confluence Documentation: Ensure that all processes, especially those related to cross-functional collaboration, onboarding, and financial integrations, are meticulously documented in Confluence to foster transparency and operational efficiency across the company.

What you bring

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, including advanced features and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A solid understanding of financial processes, including billing, renewals management, and experience with financial system integrations (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Play for the team by effectively communicating and collaborating to achieve shared goals.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the field of revenue operations and sales enablement.
  • Proficiency in using Confluence or similar for documentation and knowledge management, ensuring that all key processes and resources are well-documented and accessible.
